Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to permanently delete your account and associated data for Glory: Fitness & Training (Android package com.transformationlab.app), the fitness tracking app published on Google Play and the App Store by GV15. Glory was formerly published as Transformation Lab — the same account and deletion process applies regardless of which name your app shows.

Option 1 — Delete your account in the app (instant)

Open Glory and go to the Settings tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the settings list and tap Delete Account.
Confirm in the dialog. Your account and all associated server data are permanently deleted immediately.

If you signed in a long time ago, the app may ask you to sign in again first — this is a security requirement before deletion.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Email gamer.verdian@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Glory account with the subject "Delete my Glory account". We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by reply. You do not need access to the app to use this option.

What is deleted

Your account credentials and profile (Firebase Authentication).
All logged health and fitness data: weight, sleep, nutrition, water, training logs, personal records, and weekly scores.
Journal and gratitude entries.
Integration settings and sync state for connected services (Apple Health, Hevy, MyFitnessPal, Strava, Oura, WHOOP).
Coach-sharing settings and any data shared with your coach through the app.

Deletion removes this data from our servers (Google Firebase). It cannot be undone.

What is not stored on our servers

Progress photos are stored only on your device, never uploaded to our servers. They are removed when you delete them in the app or uninstall the app.
Third-party API keys (Hevy, Oura, WHOOP, etc.) are stored in your device's encrypted storage and are removed on account deletion or uninstall.

Deleting some data without closing your account

You can delete individual entries (daily logs, journal entries, photos) inside the app at any time, and you can disconnect any third-party integration from Settings → Integrations without deleting your account.

Retention

We keep your data only while your account exists. After deletion (in-app or by email request), no user data is retained on our servers beyond standard transient backups, which expire automatically within 30 days.
